All AutoLiftjacks designed and manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and engineering standard: BS EN 1494:2001 (Materials handling equipment), complies with EC requirements and LOLER lifting regulations. Each unit is fully tested, marked with serial number and supplied with a test certificate.
 
AutoLift pit jacks are quick, durable, and extremely safe. Key operation features are – fully adjustable frame, 400mm lifting stroke, full lateral ram movement for precise adjustment and their unique air-over-oil design which increases the longevity of the rams as well as maintaining the quick retraction speed of the rams, year after year.
 
All AutoLift pit jacks come with a triple layer of safety features built-in as standard;
Safety Lowering Valves.
Hose anti-burst valve in each ram in the event of a hose failure.
Ram lock-off handles (also allow for individual use of the rams)

Security Struts – Simple, Efficient & Safe
Security Struts (equates to ‘screw lock threaded ram’ alternative used by other manufacturers) can be added to all Autolift pit jacks as an optional extra. These can be easily retrofitted to our new Adjustable pit jack in the pit on-site with minimal downtime.Once the desired lifting height is reached the pins are placed through the lowest hole and will stop the rams being lowered.
Keeping the ram unit sealed ensures no water (causing rust) or debris can enter the sealed unit, and therefore the ram doesn’t need to be re-sealed regularly meaning less downtime and lower maintenance costs.
No threads on the rams so no chance of them becoming blocked with muck & rendering the safety mechanism defunct & thus unused by the user.
 
LOLER regulations mean workshop managers have to demonstrate that they have taken every step to protect their workforce. Autolift equipment offers the highest standard of safety with our pit jacks having multiple built-in safety features to help prevent any incidents and they can assist with annual servicing / LOLER inspections directly, or by a fully trained and authorised third-party.
